Wow! Excellent place for breakfast. Fast and efficient service with our waitress, Candy. Super food and inexpensive too! Highly recommended if you're in the area.

I've been here on several occasions and on each one the place has been a fantastic place to get breakfast. Part of the reason for such a high score is that in the area there are few better places to hit up. They make all their breads, and everything you get is homemade, and not some freezer food waiting to be thawed out. They also give you a good value for the money that you pay as you will leave feeling satisfied and full after enjoying their breakfast.

I mostly stop on the go and grab some donuts or pastries when having company or holidays. They have fantastic breads, ect. My dad a native NY'r when visits says they have the breakfast in Elk County and the bacon is to die for.

Haven't tried the restaurant side but the bakery is awesome! Kimmelwick rolls and bunker hills are to die for! Next time I'm there I'll have to time it to get some sauerkraut bread...can't wait!

Stopped in for breakfast while on the road. The restaurant was mostly full, so we sat at the counter - it was a little loud, so made it hard to talk. We had a good range of breakfast items, all were quite good. Probably 4 stars for food. Service was poor. It was slow, no refills were offered, my coffee cup was empty most of the time we were there. Food sat in the window for quite a while before being brought out. Decided to get a pastry and was ignored while waiting for five minutes watching dishes being moved around. It is a small restaurant, and having been a server myself, I was unhappy with the service.

Good for breakfast and lunch, but if you want to get a sandwich on your way home from work don't bother. DDs has a great selection for breakfast and an OK selection for lunch but after lunch they shut down. Also no WiFi is available for public use, so leave your laptop at home. If you are an early bird this is a good place to go. If you are looking for an after dinner coffee or someplace to have a donut and check your email you are out of luck.
